The key to obtaining the highest price for a property or maximizing income is to understand the fundamentals of the Center’s operation and tenancy. We believe your broker should add value to the transaction even before the sale. 

Unlike companies who only sell properties, May Realty Advisors extensive experience and relationship with retailers allows us to analyze a center’s rent roll to discern opportunities to relocate replace, renegotiate and refine the Center’s tenant mix and rental rates.

May Realty Advisors conducts an independent review of the properties operating expenses to discover operational inefficiencies or overlooked pass through expenses as means to increasing the bottom line. 

Due diligence prior to the marketing of the property and on the prospective buyer is key to ensuring the transaction will close and at the contract price. We review underlying documents and create organized and extensive due diligence packages for the prospective buyer. Once a buyer has been selected we qualify the buyer’s ability to complete the transaction and verify references.
